I have a fashion question: What cut of coat goes best with dropped waist scooter dress?
Hmm. Depends on what you're going for? A wide headband and some mary janes, for one look. A teal 3/4 length tshirt underneath, with a silver cuff and some motorcycle boots?
Trapeze?
I do not have any trapeze coats. That's a whole new section to start exploring.
Any other suggestions?
If you're wearing it closed, then anything, really. Otherwise, anything without a belt. I guess?

Coat? It's not *that* particular dress, by the way. I have five or six, different colours--black and white, burgundy, blue, patterned. And I usually don't wear them with coats. Usually with mary janes or character shoes, and maybe a wrap, but no coat.
If we ever do another f2f in Wisconsin, I know just the place to host: [link]
ita ! - perhaps something short - above the waist? a shrug-type sweater?
I think a short swingy coat is probably best. I think ModCloth had some not long ago.

Don't make me go back there!
I wonder what was historically appropriate?
Jesse, I just submitted the best good stuff, but I'm not sure if it was the right video embed code.
I'd say any wrap where the hem hits above your waist or below the line where the skirt starts. Anything ending in between is going to break that nice long line.
Yay, unburied fashion, Theo.
Ow, ow, ow, Liese! Poor toe.
I had a file collection of wine labels before we moved. I think it got tossed. But I have often bought wine because of the label. Sometimes it was a nice surprise. And sometimes I was glad I was pleased with the label, 'cause that's all I got from that particular bottle of wine. Those ones are cool.

You may be right -- it may be the best. Except she freaks out right at the best part! As one would.
