The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Now tagless for your comfort.

A while ago, the power steering hose went bad on my minivan. I took it in to get fixed and they had to wait at least a week because the part was on back order. I believe that was during the height of the automotive meltdown and a lot of plants were shutting down production--which meant the plants that produced the parts also shut down. It took a couple of weeks to get inventory back up after the government stepped in and employees went back to work.

I don't know if auto workers and the peripheral manufacturing typically slow down during the summer months which may result in parts shortages at times.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

And then Kristen's car was broken into this morning. Nothing appears to be missing.

I'm a good person, right? Seriously? Do you think my rock is mad that I wouldn't bond with it?

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I think your rock is mad because you didn't use it to brain some of these people.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I have such mixed feelings about this story.

I think I like the concept, but the packaging is squicky.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I think I understand your squick, Jessica, but the people on loan breaks it down into library language easier than "Consult an Expert" or similar.

I see potential for awfulness, but also for awesomeness. I'd like to see the guidelines for being and for consulting a volunteer.
