I'm dying to refi from a 5/1 ARM to a fixed.
I took out a 5/1 ARM in 2005 and when it reset last summer, the rate went down. Went down this summer too. I'm cool with it!

YES! Congrats to the Fleas- I know there's some stressful planning and maneuvering to come, but at least it's in the same country! And it's a place you know already. And it's a job, yay!!

I actually really appreciate it when people update their VM. Possibly because I work with academics who don't keep regular schedules, and expect me (or someone in my dept) to be available to them at all times. If I'm picking up the phone to call them, it's probably time sensitive. If a prof is calling me, they need to be reminded that I go home at night.
