Cordelia: I get it now. You're all spies. Probably all Russian. And you've brainwashed me, and want me to believe we're friends so I'll spill the beans about some nano-technology thingy that you want. Gunn: So I look Russian to you? Cordelia: Black Russian. Angel: That's a drink.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, her face looks quite normal, all things considered....

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Scrappy (or anyone else who cares to have a look), as an HR person, what do you think of this? [link]

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Not bad. I really agree on the "objective" comment, ESPECIALLY since the objective is usually "To get[the job I am applying for right now]." Duh.

The whole show don't tell thing is very good, but don't think the person reading your resume is a dope and use that to lie. If your job was as a server at IHOP, describing accomplishments like "managed meal delivery" is just a waste of paper.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Puh-lease. Everyone knows it's "managed just-in-time logistics for meal delivery" anyway.

Very important question! Why are people playing Words with Friends instead of Lexulous for fake Scrabble?

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I don't even know about "cancous joshing." "Canerous" maybe? "Rancorous"?

Cankerous?

Lisah--because people told me to! Is lexulous available for my phone?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I have it on my iphone!

I play all of them, pretty much.

Possibly? I haven't tried to find it for my droidy phone but I have it on my iTouch. I like the interface better on lexulous and it tells you how many points a word is before you play it which means no math! (Words w/ friends may also do this but i haven't figured it out.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I can't articulate why I like words with friends more. Feels more like scrabble.
