I think marriage equality actually has a good chance of passing the state senate this time around. The GOP knows they're going to lose this fight eventually, and Cuomo has enough political clout that they want to work with him. (Unlike Patterson, where it became painfully obvious what a joke he was about a month into his term. The sad thing is I also think this would have passed under Spitzer years ago if he hadn't stupidly decided to spend thousands of taxpayer dollars on hookers.)

I'm so far behind in this thread but I wanted to check in and ask a Sass question. I know she has been spotted - does anyone know how far she is from where she was lost? I'm just sort of curious how far a dog might travel in 2 months. (ANd my fingers are all crossed that she is back home soon.)
