But, then I would have to mow the lawn!
Mulch and groundcovers.
I hope no one has a connection through Atlanta. There's a huge fire at an industrial plant near the airport that makes high-tech plastic products. There's a hold on at the airport, and they're evacuating a two-mile radius.
Apparently, this amount of money would purchase a cardboard box in SF. A small one.
That amount of money probably wouldn't even cover a remodel. Which explains why we haven't yet remodeled.
and there are allegedly enough votes to pass it.
That would ROCK!
Burrell, I just tried to "like" your post. Man, Facebook has forever changed my habits.
The skin on my neck is like wet papier mache. The bandage from the IV made it blister, and then the bandage I put over that blister seems to have broken the skin too. I look ravaged. And I don't have as many polo necks as I thought.
I should go for lunch. Or just leave my desk. Work has been clusterfucky today.
I am really hoping the law passes. My rep is a "yes" so there isn't much I can do.
I am looking for a house on one of the 2 buslines that go directly to the hospital, but I don't have enough saved yet. If I buy in certain areas, I can Get 8000 from the university
If I bought a house here, I'd have to deal with snow removal. I love not having to worry about that.
Leave, ita.
I went to karate and forgot my inhaler. It is HOT out and about 2/3rd of the way through class my lungs decided they weren't happy. Grrrrr. Came home to my nebulizer and now they are allowing me to breathe again.
Leave, ita!
The power is still out in about half of Wheeling (luckily, my apartment complex had power when I left this morning--I hope it's still there!), including my park district building where my pool is so no swim tonight, darnit! I just hope I can get home in a decent amount of time, since traffic lights are still out, too.
in Bay Area terms, it's a really, really reasonable price. Just ask anyone in the Bay Area. Or, Calfornia.
This is why I live where I live, because housing prices are a lot lower way out here in the boondocks. That house is over twice what mine would fetch in the current market (sadly, not twice what I paid for it).
