Oh yes! I remember that. I also remember weekends when my parents wanted to sleep late - my sister and I would go downstairs, turn on the TV with the volume waaaay down and watch "Modern Farmer". It was all that was on; and I think this was before I was reading, so the self-entertainment options were pretty limited.

There was a UHF channel in Milwaukee that ran a few completely uncut film on Fridays at midnight. I saw Repo Man one week, and then soon after, they stopped showing the uncut films after getting complaints about the language.
