I caught her on a park bench, making out with a *chaos* demon! Have you ever seen a chaos demon? They're all slime and antlers.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

And, we're safe. Storm split in two and went north and south of us. We're getting a mild amount of thunder and some slight rain.

And yet? Oddly disappointed. Not that I wanted the severe weather storms can bring, but I do like a nice, big thunderstorm.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Glad to hear you're safe, Aims.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I've found most produce at Trader Joe's to be fairly gross.

Compassionately intolerant

I bought some teeny artichokes there on Friday. I'm hopeful.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I do like a nice, big thunderstorm.

I was sleeping as the storm came through here, so I don't think it was very boomy. Lots of rain though. And there was a weird wind thing on the back end of the storm, but that may just be on this side of the lake.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I got inspired by you all, and did almost all of the laundry in the apartment, and everything that is not hanging up to dry has been put away. I even went through the odd sock basket and matched up what I could.

What do other people do with their odd socks? As I just mentioned, I have an odd sock basket that I throw all the single socks in, and then once in a very great while I go through and match up what I can.

Sometimes I just get even lazier though, and throw them back in the hamper, on the theory that they will either disappear or be reunited with their other half at some point.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

One downside - now that the filth is semi-conquered, the clutter is more obvious and dismal. How does that even work?

Wait, you're hiding somewhere in my house RIGHT NOW?

ION, I just got done swiffering. 1 long-haired cat + one short-haired cat + one long-haired Goth = we could weave a whole new fuzzy creature.

Matilda sighed, in the most sweetly wistful voice imaginable, "Good-bye, little girl." And then, reproachfully, "Bad bunny."

Dreaming about Clovis, I see.

BRB, MUST REANIMATE FROM BEING DED FROM CUTE.

I used odd cotton socks as dust rags/cleaning rags/paint brush cleaners/furniture refinishing rags
