It's a real burden being right so often.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake with the Roots do the History of Rap.

That's so last week. But yes, excellent. Even my grandmother saw it! (We were talking about late-night tv this afternoon.)

I went over, had lunch with my father, walked into Harvard Square, where I traded 7ish books for 2 and bought a 3rd, back to the house, hung out with my grandmother, talked to my aunt on the phone, and then came home. I should do stuff, but now I'm lazy.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I used to have difficulty finding my size in "normal" stores, and then I discovered that VS carried it, and I could get all sorts of racy colours and prints in their satin line. Those were good times. Then my boobs changed shape, and nothing in VS fit anymore. It was just medium expensive plain Wacoal bras and very expensive but pretty random other brands.

With this new sizing I think I'm even more screwed in department stores. But maybe that was the store's angle! Convince me I'm some strange size so I have to shop with them forever.

Art Crawl!!!

I love grated daikon as a condiment for fish.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

The only time I ever had a bra fitting, the woman put me in a band size two sizes too small, and then snapped at me when I mentioned that it was rather painful. I keep thinking I should go try it again, because none of my damn bras fit quite right, but the whole experience was so unpleasant I don't have the heart for it. I just keep hoping that I'll lose enough weight to wear the simple 36B I used to wear.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I have emptied the dishwasher, eaten yummy sushi, bought myself new airwalks with a birthday gift certificate, and found a button-up cardigan for my dad's birthday next week. Also it's looking increasingly likely that I may get lucky with someone far too young for me tonight.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I've wasted a gorgeous, sunny day inside, except for downloading some Buffy episodes on iTunes.

Art Crawl!!!

I've wasted it inside too.

Oh well.

There are horse races on ESPN2 one featured a filly named Miss Keller who travels with her stuffy toy bunbun. (They showed the bun hanging in front of her stall.) The bunny keeps her calm.

I'm getting the pig!

Time being outside amongst the humans can be crossed off the list for today. Too many jerkasaurus dingbats are outside, though, so we're back indoors now. Behind our own doors, where the other humans are not allowed.

Speaking of dingbats - I did my morning weigh-in this morning and I was so pleased with the result that DH took me out to lunch. I had a bacon cheeseburger. Oops. Time to go guzzle water and hope the scale doesn't rat me out on Monday.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

So far, I think Jesse is winning the Pleasant Way to Spend a Saturday award.

I've had a rather homey Saturday so far, but I hope to end big by going out for cocktails with the hubby this evening.

I love grated daikon as a condiment for fish.

Not the first thing I think of when I'm making fish myself, mind you, but now that you mention it--yum.

I have a fairly average and therefore accessible bra size, in theory, except most don't fit because my breasts are "shallow." That's bra maker speak for "too flat to fit in a C-cup and too round to fit in a B."

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Went to Pilates class, had lunch while watching the Yankees with the DH (Yes, on our BIGASS TV). I am now abandoning him to the game to go out and garden. I think I am going to get lucky with someone younger than I am later, as well. Nookie on tap, baby!
