Boss lady just made me lol. We just fixed a major issue, and she sent an email to the team saying that it's wonky in Explorer. I sent her an email asking if we couldn't just force everyone in the world to use Firefox and Chrome.
Her two word response: "Sounds reasonable."
Msbelle wins!
CHM is definitely a helicopter parent. Her daughter is sweet but very babyish for 4 and a half.
A couple of weeks ago she asked the YMCA to reschedule the little dancers class the girls take because he daughter gets "tired" in the afternoons. The child will be going to all day kindergarten next fall! If she can't go to 1 o'clock now how will she make it to 3:30?
The funny thing about lunch today is that the only reason we were going to Subway is because DH asked us to pick him up a sandwich and meet him at work!

Oh god, I've known parents like that. And all their kids have been exactly that -- immature for their age, prone to tantrums, and generally unpleasant.
Right, because kids actually have to learn how to live in the world.
I voted
and now I get to deal with plumbing issues. this is not what I meant by being a grown up.
Plumbers are here, but my 1955 house doesn't make things easy

Oh, non-standard plumbing, the bane of homeowners everywhere.
Plumbing issues suck in any era.
That reminds me I need to buy toilet paper.
I want to vote but just moving around my apartment is exhausting me. I'm feeling too sick to vote and feeling guilty about that and it sucks.
