It's not like she blew me off. She just left with another guy, that's all.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Yikes, ita, but at least you have a diagnosis.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Sheesh, ita. I'm really glad you went to the ER, and that you got a diagnosis and some meds that are helping you feel better. (Any chance of that anti-emetic making you sleepy enough to, you know, sleep?) Sending out the healing vibes for you.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Glad you got a quick diagnosis, ita, and quick pain meds too! Sleeeeeep.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yikes, ita, but at least you have a diagnosis.

That. Yikes!

ita, I'm glad you got a diagnosis, and some relief from the nasuea/pain. May the virus in your system have a swift death.

I may stab myself in the eye today. IOW, why must the HR office force us to use these terrible forms when creating/updating position descriptions? And why, when they revise them every damn year, do they not learn to fix the f'ing formatting?

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

ita, I'm glad you went and are on the road to feeling better. I hope it is a short journey.

I want. Who wants to be my new best friend?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

ita, I'm so relieved that you went in and got a diagnosis!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Damn, ita. Glad you got a diagnosis.

ION, Coelacanths!

The last picture is my fave:

The coelacanth's slow, graceful stroke is like no other fish's. It moves left pectoral and right pelvic fins, then right pectoral and left pelvic fins—akin to the cross-step of tetrapods. When the expedition team visited in early 2010, the coelacanths ignored the humans, says photographer Ballesta, except the one above: "This is the moment he tried to smile to me."

It's as if it's saying, "So, you humans have been a species for a hundred thousand years or so? You're babies! So, how's that being a new species working out for you? Come talk to me when you're 400 million years old."
