Thanks to all of your posts about bacon fat and bacon bourbon, I am now seriously considering sending Pete out to go get a package of bacon.
I am also craving a bacon Bloody Mary from Genie's in PDX. And while I'll BE in PDX next weekend, I promised Pete we wouldn't go there, because their food doesn't play well with his system. Dammit.

Also, for a while my brother's nickname was Nate Dogg (he is named Nathaniel). A man more unlike the rapper Nate Dogg you cannot imagine, especially in 1994 when my brother was 16 and about 5'2".
