Reavers ain't men. Or they forgot how to be. Now they're just nothing. They got out to the edge of the galaxy, to that place of nothing, and that's what they became.

Gives a "something is technically wrong message" as of seconds ago.

Due to the death of Nate Dogg, I have been earwormed with the 1994 hit "Regulate" all day.

It hasn't really stood up, IMO.

Also, for a while my brother's nickname was Nate Dogg (he is named Nathaniel). A man more unlike the rapper Nate Dogg you cannot imagine, especially in 1994 when my brother was 16 and about 5'2".

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I work for a regulator now. I say "regulators, mount up!" A LOT.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Do they get it?

I just got hit by the stomach pain again. I am going to say that Tums makes it go away, because there's a transition from intense pain to intense pain and discomfort to "I could sleep" to "Maybe if I Only Move Slowly and Never Eat Again."

I am in the latter. Pre-Tums there were no stages.

That one I still say to myself. I'm working on "I gotta meeting in the ladies room." that one seems generational. "That's a paddlin'" (simpsons) is most active in the work quote repertoire.
