Punishingly Intricate
I thought of you, -t, while I was making it! I did the basic egg pasta--flour, egg, salt--that is in the kitchenaid mixer cookbook i have. I want to say it's called the mixer bible? I can check later. The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Nothing about it was really difficult except maybe getting the flour to liquid ratio right at first. I had to add more water than I would have thought it needed, a tsp at a time, to get it to form a ball. But I think my eggs were on the small side. I was totally able to do it on my own too!
