I have skipped and skimmed about 5 days of Natter, and all I have to say is that I know have "Hookers and Blow" set to the tune of Silver and Gold stuck in my head.
I was just thinking it'd be fun to take the animation for "Silver and Gold" and replace the audio with someone singing "Hookers and Blow." And then upload it to YouTube.

That's awesome. Of course now I have an earworm.
There's this guy I've known for a while, mostly as a good friend of my friends and one of the patrons at the bar where hubby works. He's sarcastic and catty, but mostly pretty friendly. Turns out he's a big ol sweetie.
Exhibit 1)I posted a link to this [link] on hubby's wall asking if he would get it for me. This guy brought a copy he had hanging around up to the bar for hubby to give to me. I have always regretted not picking one up when I saw it ages ago in a bookstore.
Exhibit 2) He sent me this [link] on FB message, apologizing if it was inappropriate and saying he knew I would appreciate it on many levels.
He also promised that he and his friend would represent for me in NO for Mardi Gras this weekend. Love!
