so, empty stomach is empty and dam, but that stuff to empty you out is nasty nasty. I could not get through the second batch in the time dictated, it took me twice as long. Funnily, I am no longer hungry. Just tired.

Mine was 32 ounces of the solution to be consumed 8 ounces every 15 min, followed by 16 ounces of clear liquid of my choice.
Then repeat 3 hours later.
