I could not get through the second batch in the time dictated, it took me twice as long.
For me, that was the worst part. Humans are not meant to a gallon of anything in 5-10 minutes. It gives a whole new meaning to water torture.

Mine was 32 ounces of the solution to be consumed 8 ounces every 15 min, followed by 16 ounces of clear liquid of my choice.
Then repeat 3 hours later.
