All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I did some sit-ups and push-ups a little while ago. I really should do Pilates, but somehow the simpler exercises seem less onerous. At some point today I'll walk to the bank to find a notary and then walk to the post office. Later I may do a little tricep work with hand weights while I watch TV.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I am having a burst of Words brain. I don't expect it will last.

Adding you, -t.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

ION, pasta pizza is very nummy!

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Um, plan for not being sedentary? Fuck... I don't know...The Rapture? Seems like a lot of trouble for just me, though.

Erika made me spit soup on my monitor.

I have planted some things today. Theoretically, there is dog walking and pruning in my future.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

What's everybody's plan to be non-sedentary today?

This evening I plan to go to the gym. When I went Monday I did half an hour on the bike, 15 minutes of weights and situps, and another 15 minutes fast walking on the treadmill. The time before that (last Saturday) I put in half an hour on the treadmill and called it a day. I'm hoping tonight will be more like Monday.

Now tagless for your comfort.

We're going to the Y after picking up Owen. I need to do some core work.

Owen may be a natural DJ. The cub scouts went on a tour of our local college radio station and he ad libbed some great bits!

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I`m so excited about your breakfront! I am getting much vicarious satisfaction from your organization. Since I started organizing and then was promptly waylaid by the Ick, my house is in a state of disarray. But I am making progress today, which is good since we have a house concert on Sunday.

Is Onerous Task Day Friday? That will work out well for me. It`s having a good effect on my habits overall, because on those days I tend to start a task and then think "I don`t wanna" but then go on to do it because it`s onerous. Now during normal days, I think "I don`t wanna" but then I recognize the thought for what it is, and do the task anyway, instead of conceding to the lethargy. So for example, today I put away the laundry, the day after I laundered, including The Socks. And now I`m going to go haul wood for my non-sedentary task.

Oh, and I observed Banana Bread Day. I made wheat banana bread with macadamia nuts. Much nom.
