So sorry about your loss, amyth. My condolences.
It's Laura's birthday? Happy birthday Laura! May it be your very best year ever.
In re: turkey burgers. I toss a small can of green chilis into the ground turkey. This makes for juicy, slightly spiced burgers with no added calories. Yum-ummy.
Happy Birthday, Laura!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LAURA!
I haven't made turkey burgers in forever - I need to fix that. I generally use an ancient Cooking Light recipe that mixes in Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, garlic, mint, and thyme and then instead of regular burger toppings you serve it with a sort-of-tzatziki sauce (yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, more mint and garlic). And sometimes I add feta cheese because more cheese is always a good thing.
That sounds DElish, Jessica. I'm going to have to try that.
Happy Birthday, Laura!
Condolences, amyth.
I always cooked my turkey burgers with a liberal sprinkling of lemon pepper and a little bit of butter or margarine.
