I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I need to find about $100.00 more of medical receipts and I'll hit my medical claim deduction. Off to search the kitchen for papers.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'm 110% certain that Sean Pete's on-side kick call was carefully considered. The thing with football is that it takes crazy calls like that to win when the other team is statistically better.

In fairness to your point, one of the analysts noted that surprise onside kicks have a high rate of recovery for the kicking team - 70%.

Thank you for treating me like I'm allowed to have a point about football (not a crack at you, but at the "dudely dudes" at the bar who basically pat me on the head when I have a difference of opinion on the game).

Now tagless for your comfort.

Of course, they granted a diplomatic passport to a former special forces officer so he could be a file clerk in Pakistan. Riiiiiiiight.

I can has computer again!!!

I had a really shitty day. I woke up screaming at the cat for meowing really loudly and waking me up. I then went to the kitchen for my morning weigh-in, to find that I had gained 1 1/2 pounds from yesterday morning. I then went to the bathroom, only to find that my period, which had been in hiding since my surgery three months ago, decided today was a good day to reappear (thus explaining the screaming at the cat and weight gain!). The weather was shitty, I nearly slipped in the parking lot getting into my car, and then I get into work, only to find that my computer was dead. Yay.

It took them all day to get it back to me, and everything was fixed (the new guy said he couldn't recover anything from the old hard drive, but when he handed it off to the other IT guy before leaving for the day, he was able to find what he needed). The first really good thing to happen all day. Well, that and the fact that I was able to take advantage of the not-getting-anything-done-at-work thing by going out and getting my grocery shopping done on my lunch break.

I'm still all sorts of bloated and crampy, so I'll probably be having some greek yogurt for dinner.
