"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Cranberry. I also have lemons and blueberries and haven`t eaten yet, but I dunno if ita`s mind control can surpass this cold`s lethargy.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Yay, Kristen! I think Nikita ended up conflicting with something else I was watching, so I stopped watching it despite liking it. I'll be sure to record it this Thursday.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

amyth and I went to the grocery store, and now we're OTing. I'm entering Flex data for reimbursement. Man, I put it off so long and it really takes no time at all. I'll be done in another 20 minutes or so.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I have neatened the front room, including reorganizing the coat and bag and umbrella closet, and even took out the trash that doing so generated.

Now to slounge for a bit before tackling the kitchen.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

God, I hate cleanup. I haven't even emptied the washing machine from yesterday.

Oh, me, too, and yesterday's Joy of Cooking dinner made a lot to clean up. I'd better take care of that before succumbing to the dessert rays.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I have to clean the bathroom (my most hated chore), and so far I'm unable to do so using only the power of my mind. I guess I have to get off the couch, damn it.

Then a run to CVS so that I may continue to be anti-depressed and anti-high-blood-pressured. Perhaps I'll walk the dog later.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I've tackled the dishes, but have not had the motivation to do much else. However, I need to pick up a copy of RED to join an online viewing with friends tonight, so I think my motivation had better wander back this way pronto.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

What's your most hated chore? Mine's vacuuming. I will procrastinate by scrubbing toilets and doing laundry, re-orging closets, or even dusting so I don't get around to vacuuming. Second hated: scrubbing the tub or shower.

I'm perfecting my slounge technique catching up on reading. I may buckle down and work on writing later. And I need to clear off the dvr.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Does putting things away count as a single chore? I seem to have a blanket dislike of doing that, no matter what things I mean--laundry, dishes, nail polish.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

What's your most hated chore?

Paperwork and related evils. Filing papers, shredding them, paying bills, etc.

On that note, my paperwork is DONE. Just need to print and fax. Woot! That's $2400 coming back my way.

Bev, dear, did I see that it's your birthday? HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
