How long should they be roasted and at the same temperature?
Same temp (I do 400), but I would roast the potatoes for 25-30 minutes, then throw the cauliflower in for 15.

Are you having both feet done at once? I didn't, so I could still be somewhat ambulatory, but if I'd had anyone to help me out, doing them both at once and getting it over with would have been better.
Both at once! I have some grownup sitters lined up (minus a few gaps) for three weeks. If I can fill the first week gap I think I should be able to wing it alone for a day or so later on.
Keep telling me these positive recovery stories! I'm hoping to be pit-worthy for a string of My Chem shows in May.
