Right, there comes a point where you have to either move on, or just buy yourself a Klingon costume and go with it.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I think they fly into JFK. Anything they can do to make it easier?

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

They can take the Sky Train to the subway.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I've got a pot of pasta sauce simmering on the stove - ground turkey, organic italian sausage, etc. I'm making lasagne to take to my mom's on Sunday. It is selfish on my part 1) because I always end up cleaning the kitchen at mom's because my brother and SIL need to get the kids to bed and 2) dinner will actually be on time because my mother won't spend the afternoon fucking around.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

That's not selfish. That's self-preservation and coping strategies, so I say GO YOU!

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

You say selfish, I say good planning and taking care of yourself.

Vortex, I was just wanting to ask you about your pasta making equipment, if you wouldn't mind.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Dinner made and I'm not dead! I cheated, because I used premade sauce, but that's my problem with cooking. I think shit's cheating that's not actually cheating. Everything does not have to be from scratch. It was tasty and quick and healthier or cheaper than the alternative.

Had couscous. I tried quinoa once, and didn't like it. Maybe I'll try it again.

Yay! Ok, Vortex, what do you use to knead and cut? And what do you like about it?

I'm finding that I don't actually use my little hand-crank machine as often as I consider making pasta because it is kind of awkward.
