I was going to go for a swim tonight, but my stomach is off-and-on nauseous today, so swimming probably isn't the best exercise option. I think I'll go home and see if I can get my stationary bike that I've never used to work and do that for 30 minutes. Then, maybe I'll start using the 3-pound hand weights while watching tv.

There's a doctor in the Bay Area named Burton Fink who's been practicing for decades, but until I mentioned it sometime in the early aughties, he had never had any notion of the existence of Barton Fink.
