We have 2 sets of regular cotton sheets and 1 set of t-shirt material sheets. The t-shirt sheets tend to get used only in the summer, because they sort of "stick" to whatever one wears to bed, which means that rolling over results in a MASSIVE stealing of the sheets. In the summer, when one tends to sleep in less clothing, it's not a problem. Or, it's like the sheets ARE your jammies!

Good thing I sleep alone, because flannel sheets + flannel jammies means every time I roll over, all of the sheets come with me! It's like I'm a felt board.
Yeah, I have to choose between my flannel sheets or nightgown, because I hate feeling stuck in my own bedclothes.
This is why I sleep in the nude, people.

Hence the t-shirt material sheets in the summer. (I get too cold in the winter and sleep in lots of clothes. Plus the heated mattress pad. My internal thermometer SUCKS.)
Yeah, too cold.
I would love to have a wardrobe of sheets. I also have expensive tastes in sheets and I'm cheap, so in actuality we have 1 set of percale and 1 of flannel per bed, with most of the beds having a backup older percale set that's mostly used in case of bodily fluid emergencies. The grownups have a queen, the kids each have a twin, and we have sheets for a double for our futon (which used to be our grownup bed.)
I adore really good quality sheets. I prefer Garnet Hill. I have become my mother.
I like sleeping naked, but I live with a polar bear so in the winter the temp is at 68 and even in the summer a fan has to be blowing on the bed. Hence, pajamas.
I have two pairs of flannel sheets, 2-3 sets of cotten sheets, and thne a few random fitted and flat sheets. I don't use a top sheet, so they mostly get used in the guest bed.
The flannel sheets are almost too warm for me, and I hate being constricted by clothes when I am sleeping, so I sleep in a tank and boxers year round
Socks are all I need in the winter, in addition to the quilt my grandma made me when I was 3. I could be sleeping in a mink coat, but if my feet are bare, I'm freezing. Hubby's in multiple blankets plus sweats, but his internal temperature is whacked as well. The air conditioner lives in the bedroom in summer.
