I love the idea of the PNW, but when I helped T&G move to Portland this summer and woke up on July 1 and it was 55 degrees, I almost cried. When I got back to NC and it was 95 degrees and 95% humidity, I nearly kissed the pavement.
I'm wearing leg warmers indoors right now. And two sweaters. I have no metabolism.
I'm going to Sarasota in a few weeks. I am so looking forward to it.

I do love having distinct seasons but, dag, I am so over this winter. I feel like it's been so grey.
I've been telling my friend who moved to the OC last year that I can't afford the time or money to come see her this year, but I'm seriously reconsidering now.
my mom does not have more cancer. And mac is off the big deal meds he had been on. He is getting switched to an ADD med instead. He has also lost 3 lbs in the last month, which is a good thing. The big deal med he was on made him never feel full, so he was eating way too much and gaining weight too fast.
No the only health issue is my high cholesterol and the fact that there seems to be bleeding somewhere in my Gi whooymagig. I call a new Dr. about that tomorrow.
Jesse, TX is cheaper than a trip to the OC. Free room, 2 TVs, fat cats not unlike Homer.

Good health news for the rest of youse, but I'm not that excited about bleeding in your whooymagig! Also, DFW is in fact slightly cheaper than the OC, so hmmmm.
