Wash: Little River just gets more colorful by the moment. What'll she do next? Zoe: Either blow us all up or rub soup in our hair. It's a toss-up. Wash: I hope she does the soup thing. It's always a hoot, and we don't all die from it.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Which is why I hope the Leverage team never says it (and I've told John as much). I respect them more for it.

I don't think they will. None of them are delusional, and even Nate now plainly claims the title of thief.

They turned off the boiler today to work on it, so we have no heat.

Oh, god. I remember those freezing days. Yikes.

I am Kate WRT to grocery issues. I could make better use of our co-op coupon books, and could certainly do a better job of meal planning to cut down on waste, emergency runs, and eating out.

Would love to see you, girl.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I forgot to mention! They turned off the boiler today to work on it, so we have no heat. And everyone else cut out early. Earlier I was sad/overwhelmed, now I'm pissed/frozen.

Just what you needed, right??

Would love to see you, girl.

You too! God, it's been... a long damn time! Since 2007? That ain't right.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I am on the bus and just passed a restaurant named Natural Vibes Jerk Hut. I know I am twelve, but who thinks of these names.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

People who are also 12?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Well I went to the PO, but the machine was out of order and the line was long. I will try another PO this evening. That will be three packages out. I should probably do some of the Holiday cards in the next half hour. We just finished an hour of mac homework that was all work that should have been done in class today. He also has his third detention for the year. Yesterday he wrote notes about students vs. teachers and had images that looked a little like guns on them.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

DJ- i hear that rage. I posted the news link (and the link to that petition) and one of my lawyer friends actually responded along the lines of "she broke the law and she's lucky she was only convicted on the lesser charges" and my brains started oozing out my ears i was so incensed. Can't even respond to that level of "anything illegal should be slammed with the toughest possible penalities with no regard for precedence or the circumstances that caused it" without going off the deep end.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I don't use coupons, too many of them are for foods we don't eat. For me planning was the key -- and a flexible plan. Which is easier in the winter. soups and stew freeze, if we don't eat them all

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Part of it is that we buy local, organic, yadda yadda, as much as possible, which I'm not really willing to scale back on unless we really needed to

Oh yeah, this is a big part for us too.

I pretty much do all of my grocery shopping from one online store - the money I could save by going to multiple stores and using coupons isn't worth the extra time it would take.

And I still owe you money! I haven't forgotten, I just never manage to remember when I have actual money. Sorry about that.

Thunderslush! Well, it was at 4. It's snowing now. Of course, when I was walking to my friends' to feed the cats, it was slush/sleeting.

You guys, I can quit working now, right? I mean, I was gone from 2:30 to 4, but I've basically been working since 7. 7:30 if you don't wanna count getting the laptop.
