I had much veggie in my breakfast fritata (I know because I made it--potatoes, onions, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, and spinach!)
I had a fruit leather strip from Trader Joe's. And some of their dried green mango (covered in sugar, so it's not actually good for you).
This is your daily mindful eating reminder.
Reminders aren't bold. But I ate a bunch of healthy stuff today.
Eat a fruit meara. Possibly 111 of them. (Maybe those tiny tiny grapes?)
I went through a long pioneer phase but never really princesses.
We were just watching a Homicide where therapist the rapist came up! Like minutes ago. Also, NPH was in it!
Also, NPH was in it!
Really! Huh. I need to watch that again.
I always have plenty of fruits and vegetables. It's a sickness. A tasty sickness. Consumed today: ocean spray veggie tropical fruit juice (since Target isn't carrying my favorite V8 juice blend at the moments,) 6 clementines with lunch, half a horseradish hummus and turkey and swiss wrap, spinach salad made with 2 wee stayman apples and chicken breast. Still able to get orchard apples from the market, they are just getting smaller and smaller.
Oh, that's ringing a bell.
I had prunes with breakfast.

Oooh, I had that (courtesy Laura Ingalls Wilder) but also a cliff dweller, star wars, circus, gymnastics, space travel (my brother and I actually made fake joysticks out of found parts to take with us on car trips to pretend we were piloting a spacecraft. Add in dad's random science gadgets, and I'll bet few other cars had all that in the backseat!) teacher, professor (got a huge scheduling ledger from dad's work and wrote Important Meetings and Classes in it), student (wherein I piled dad's harvard classics on my table and studiously read Macbeth!) mountain climber...yeah, I had an active and flexible imagination.
