What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Vincent van Gogh Self-Portrait Painting Make-Up

Whoa, that's pretty cool.

I never fail to be surprised how much spinach wilts when you cook it. I mean, I buy enough but it's still all surprising when I put in an entire bag and it gets all small-ish.

It gets so small! It's crazy!

I am so happy to have spinach from my vendor at the market again. I was squeaking by with grocery store spinach, and it just had no flavor. Now I've got the velvety pepper baby spinach again.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Looking at everybody with the spinach eating. We'll be having a spinach and pear salad ourselves tonight.

Has everybody eaten fruit today?

This is your daily mindful eating reminder.

I even had spinach in my ravioli tonight. Mmmmmm. And a tangelo at lunch, so yes, I had fruit.

ZOMG. My sister posted this craaaazy status:

This is weird. This year we'll have 1/1/11, 1/11/11, 11/1/11, 11/11/11 .....

Take the last 2 digits of the year you were born PLUS the age you will be this year and add them together it will be equal to 111

Dun dun DUN!

I had much veggie in my breakfast fritata (I know because I made it--potatoes, onions, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, and spinach!)

I had a fruit leather strip from Trader Joe's. And some of their dried green mango (covered in sugar, so it's not actually good for you).

Reminders aren't bold. But I ate a bunch of healthy stuff today.
