I don't even like the LotR movies. I'm not a big fan of fic, either. Or sandwiches.
My Buffista card ownership would be tenuous if not for The Book.
'Our Mrs. Reynolds'
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, nail polish, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Speaking of clumsy prose, I am reading Twilight for the student book club, and it is KILLING ME. Seriously, I have to read a chapter quick and then take a break because it is sooooo lame and boring and I hate the completely unrealistic people and first-person narration by boring teenage girls is like my least favorite thing ever.
Ahahahaha. Yeah. It's terrible!
Ok, I must confess that I actually enjoyed the first quarter of the first "Twilight" book. But I actually thought it was building to something. Not three more books of the same and Demon Childbirth.
xkcd is a little aggressive today.
I love the mouseover text!
Tonight is Rock Band and MNF at the bar. I'm thinking of blowing it off though. I had a busy weekend. Also, I just want to sit around and watch The Inside on the web.
I'm going to have to frown and look sternly over the top of my glasses at the notion of any one of us feeling insufficiently Buffista just because she doesn't like something someone else likes.

Unless it's Buffy.
Tonight is closing night of the H.P. Lovecraft Theater Pub. I'm a little wrecked from this weekend, but I'll still probably go. Especially since my world will be All About Baseball starting on Wednesday. I need some culture first!
I never have, David, but I'm guessing it would be pretty sweet. Along the lines of tomato paste.

At least you don't have to read New Moon. I found it to be a snoozer.
I enjoy watching my kids play sports and can get through professional sports with beer/peanuts/nachos. It's more about the people watching sometimes than the actual event.
