Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Not drunk! Just the one glass of wine. And I am thinking about how to use my mandoline for the first time this weekend -- any suggestions? But I will not drink beforehand.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Good thing I didn't go home yet, since the boss came by to talk to me and I vented at him about the asstasticness of the entire process. (This is my immediate supervisor, not the division chief who is partly responsible for the whole mess.)

And now I've missed the 4:45 bus.

I will try both of those. Also probably just fried potatoes and onions.

Rattatouille?

I used mine most recently to slice potatoes and then make a Spanish tortilla.

You could also do scalloped potatoes, or the scalloped potatoes plus tart apple slices soaked in cream and cheese dish I did for Thanksgiving.

Rattatouille?

My most unfavorite dish!

Apples and make apple crisp!

Oh yeah, that would also be delicious.
