Now tagless for your comfort.

Our school has a 24hour vomiting rule, flea. I'd probably keep him home today.

Fred, I am sorry to hear about Max. Thinking of you and Hubs.

I am sure our school has a 24 hour rule too. I said as much to mr. flea and he said, "They don't know he threw up!"

I think we will stay home. It's huge thunderstorms out there, and I'd have to walk him in.

Because books.

That's a lot of throwing up, flea. Even if he's eating now, you want to make sure he's well hydrated, and he'll probably need a nap in a few hours.

I'm so sorry, Fred.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, I would guess you would both want a nap at some point!

You'd think he'd be tired. He is running laps around the house. (Yawn.)

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I am not a parent, but I would keep him home, too.

ALthough, when I was a kid and stayed home from school, I was not allowed out of bed. Like at all, except possibly to go to the bathroom or vomit more. I was even brought food in my bed or on the sofa.

My mother maintained that if I was well enough to be out of bed, I was well enough to go to school.

I think being a single mom who could not afford to take time off work effected this attitude, though.

Punishingly Intricate

We had elderly neighbors next door who we would stay with if we were too sick to go to school but too well for our mom to take off work to stay home with us. They were the best! Super nice and very liberal with the application of cookies for the sick kid if they could handle them.

Yeah, if I stayed home from school, I stayed in bed. Actually, I stayed in the sofa bed down at my grandparents'. But I was never a puker except on holidays and vacation.

Holy crap, now I need to eat raclette ASAP: [link]

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Thank goodness for neighbors like that!

Fred, I'm so sorry for your loss. You did everything you could, and made him a happy cat for long long time.
