I boggle at Rage Nurse. I cannot understand what benefit anyone gets from that kind of persistent meanness.
As for the food map, I was very pleased to see that they had toasted ravioli for Missouri as is right and proper.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, nail polish, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

JZ, that is the stupidest thing ever because I've heard you sneeze and I had to actually ask you if that's what it was because it was so quiet and cute. Please just tell that bitch off one day. She deserves it. And it would be a grea story to tell to us. ;)
I am an Atheist who had it pointed out to me, by my Christian missionary aunt that I am one of the most ethical, moral people that she knows.
OK, this is cool: My friend's mom is 2nd from the left in this picture of the velvet rope at Studio 54: [link]
(Ha. Just realized that my second paragraph up there, in which I extoll my virtues, follows a paragraph wherein I call someone a bitch. Awesome.)
OK, the food map is interesting, but...what is "chislic" (South Dakota), why is Indiana POPCORN, instead of corn-on-the-cob, and New Hampshire is maple syrup while Vermont is Ben and Jerry's? What?
Chislic (or sometimes chislick) is a preparation of cubed red meat, usually deep-fried or grilled. It is virtually unknown outside the state of South Dakota in the USA. The term, while non-specific to any particular meat or seasoning, generally describes wild game, mutton, or beef, deep-fried and served hot on a skewer or toothpick.
Huh.
Aw. Thanks for all the kind words. Even though they're coming from a bunch of atheists!
I don't know what her problem is, and it isn't mine to fix or cope with or do anything but roll my eyes at anymore, and that is such a huge relief. Sometimes I would get through a really miserable moment just reminding myself that at least I wasn't her daughter or her sister. And then I'd just feel awful for her in all her wretchedness; who wants to be the kind of person that makes everyone think, "Oh, thank DOG we're not related!"

Ain't nothing unethical or amoral about calling someone a bitch!
Even though they're coming from a bunch of atheists!
Damn theist - you made me laugh!
ION,
Evanston police arrested three alleged burglars after tracking footprints in the snow leading from the burglarized house, officials said today.
Oops.
