Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

This is an honest question, did it ever work that way?

I don't think it ever has. Which doesn't mean it's not how it ought to be. Our world and species is really depressing a lot of the time.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Oh, we suck. Loads. Never doubt it.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

This is an honest question, did it ever work that way?

Yeah, I'm not saying it's even possible, but it just makes me sad.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I feel sad! But I like snuggles!

This is basically the conclusion I came to earlier in the evening when Seabiscuit was all, "I can see you are upset! Therefore I will vigorously encourage you to play! And also to pet me! Because then you will feel better!"

And he was right.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

The whole shooting thing makes me want to curl up in a ball and never leave my house. I don't want to hear the political quarterbacking that will be going around the office on Monday. I don't want to run into random stupid people making idiotic remarks at the grocery store.

I want to think I'd feel this way regardless of the political leanings of the intended victim. I'm heartsick over the whole thing.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Phooey. I just spent the last hour or so cleaning up Isaac's barf. He threw up in MY bed. On HIS SISTER too. And on me during one of the later episodes.

Not the best reason to stay up past my bedtime if you ask me.

Amazing how much being out/up late involves puke.

Our wings are not tired.

Thinking about how pointless her death is keeps sending me off crying.

Sadder still, that she was there precisely because she cared about her future and her country. Christina Green, by all accounts, was a special little girl.
