I'm going to try to take it easy this weekend. Do laundry, clean the bathroom. Write, if at all possible. Later, I'm going to make bow tie pasta with butternut squash, sage, and prosciutto.
We have some Mighty Leaf tea drinkers here, right? What are your favorite caffeinated kinds?
I've tried and liked their Vanilla Bean and Organic Breakfast.
I woke up about 8 or so and was at my weigh-in center by 9am. So far, 20 lbs lost. Yay. Then I was off to the post office to re-mail the package for my neice and nephew that was returned for insufficient postage. Grr.
Now all I want to do is sit on my butt and play on the internet but DH has morphed into some crazy cleaning freak and I should probably at least try to help. Don't wanna.
BIG YAY for sleeping ita! May this be a new trend.
Yikes! Fatal shark attack off Santa Barbara.
Two surfers, good friends since high school. Perfect set of waves. Shark
came out and took off one guy's left leg completely and he bled out.
Ooh, vanilla tea. That used to be my favourite. I've been sticking mostly to green teas recently--green tea mango, when I can find it, and green tea peach if I can't, with green tea Constant Comment a sad third place. But back in my tea hording days (which was a few months ago, so it's not like that shit isn't still in cupboard, acquiring dust) life was more exciting. Life should have had vanilla tea.
No, no vanilla tea. Old standards--English Breakfast, Oolong, Green Tea, Earl Grey. Some flavoureds--lots of peach, some peach Ceylon. TONS of ginger tea variants. My father "cannot function" without it so we all try and have it everywhere. Some peppermint I just threw away, and something unlabelled that smells good that I might experiment with.
What I also want is cinammon (caffeine free) tea. The Jamaican stuff is nummy.
I really like the Tea of Life stuff, although I can't find their Scottish Afternoon anymore, which is sad-making.
Not a huge green tea drinker, but I do like some flavored blacks. Pomegranate is always good. Oh, and I have some white tea with blueberry that's delish.
I'm trying to decide if I want to purchase the treadmill my roommate is selling for tuition money, or if I'm just kidding myself that I'd actually use it to run.
A friend found a gingerbread spice tea recently that I'll look for next time I'm out and about. M loves anything gingerbread.
shrift, it probably depends on a lot of factors. Can you put it in your room? And if so, would you like exercising in your room? Does your place get overly hot? If it's not too expensive, you could buy it and then sell to someone else if it doesn't work out... Lots of people look for treadmills right around the end of December or beginning of the new year.

Never mind, she's already sold it. Makes the decision easy!
I guess I should buck up and use the treadmills at the gym, but since I'm just trying out this running thing after decades of insisting I hated it, I really don't want anyone watching me do it. It's a thing.
Burrell, my sistah! DH and I are having out first kid-free weekend together too - left Dylan with his grandparents so we could attend our ten-year college reunion. I stayed in bed reading this morning until NOON. Just heavenly.
