May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

YAY for Burrell!

We have both watched some tv shows, had first breakfast, and dressed. Now it is cinnamon rolls for second breakfast and then we will go out for some garage sales. Later mac's friend has an afternoon soccer game and since the mom is my only friend down here, we are going, I will probably knit.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Do you also do any kind of cardio? Either on the weights days or otherwise?

I don't do any steady-state cardio, e.g. getting on the elliptical and going at a brisk pace for a half hour. I do do intervals on the elliptical (1 minute intense, 2 minutes moderate), repeat until 15 minutes are up).

I also make a point of walking as much as I can, which fortunately my neighborhood is suited for.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ooh, Burrell, that sounds fantastic.

I went outside, only to learn that the costume store had one Wonder Woman costume, missing one gantlet. ISTG. Back to the internet!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I have a headache too, but I think I am going back to bed.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I have a headache as well, and am skipping Pilates. I went to Macy's yesterday (since they were having the one-day sale) and tried on EVERY SHIRT IN THE STORE and couldn't find one appropriate to wear on this coming business trip. I am off to TJ Maxx and Marshall's in hope they will have a shirt which will make black jeans look business casual, will travel, and doesn't look cheesy. It shouldn't be this hard.

I'm going to try to take it easy this weekend. Do laundry, clean the bathroom. Write, if at all possible. Later, I'm going to make bow tie pasta with butternut squash, sage, and prosciutto.

We have some Mighty Leaf tea drinkers here, right? What are your favorite caffeinated kinds?

I've tried and liked their Vanilla Bean and Organic Breakfast.

I'm getting the pig!

I woke up about 8 or so and was at my weigh-in center by 9am. So far, 20 lbs lost. Yay. Then I was off to the post office to re-mail the package for my neice and nephew that was returned for insufficient postage. Grr.

Now all I want to do is sit on my butt and play on the internet but DH has morphed into some crazy cleaning freak and I should probably at least try to help. Don't wanna.

BIG YAY for sleeping ita! May this be a new trend.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Yikes! Fatal shark attack off Santa Barbara.

Two surfers, good friends since high school. Perfect set of waves. Shark came out and took off one guy's left leg completely and he bled out.
