Next weekend. It's laughable how bad the weather is every time I visit. My friend has been dying to show off her lovely city, and there's unseasonal snow every time I show up.

I can't get an accurate forecast quite that far out but it looks like you might be kinda screwed again.

And it's a gorgeous city. It's just going to be quite chilly and wet. Which is like anti-ita weather.

I hit up Torrid today to find some more business-ish clothes. I found some tops that are dressier and keep the cleavage under control. I have a horrible time finding bottoms - pants or skirts - since I carry my weight under the belt line. I'd love to get some nice trousers and full-ish skirts but I haven't found luck with either.

Parental proud moment - having my son text me questions about baseball. This time it was confirming the meaning of a backwards K.

I'm saving a ton on natural gas heating by dint of not having a working furnace... but at least we're scheduled to install one on November 10th. So think warm thoughts in the direction of MA for another three weeks....

I want to tell the lawyer lady pull the outfit together the night before if you can make up your mind what you want quickly in the am. I am pretty low maintenance - half an hour is ok , but I can take longer. DH takes a little longer, but than he looks a little less tossed together and more polished in general
