Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
Of course, their mom and everybody else called them Mary Catherine (MaryCat), Mary Elizabeth (MaryLiz), Mary Rose, Mary Margaret, etc. It was like polysyllabic names, the first two of which were Mary.
"Compound" names, also a very Southern thing! My cousins include Patsy Ruth, Sara Caroline, and Mary Louis (and her daughter Mary Brooke). In my head it's all one name, Patsyruth, Saracayrlin, Merrlewis.

Went on a walk yesterday, went on a walk today. Hope I can keep this up. Probably walked about 2.5 mi again, but some uphill this time. And went on some streets I never checked out even when I was growing up here. Found a high pressure gas line, which is what blew up on San Bruno. Only I hope this one, y'know, doesn't blow up.
