'War Stories'

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

You can do it!

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Thanks, P-C! I also just realized I'm pretty hungry. So I'd better have a snack first. But the more stuff I find that I have to do before I go, the more important it is that I said here I would do it.

move out and draw fire

I couldn't help thinking that the retirement community would be a great place to survive the zombie apocalypse.

This sounds like a movie just waiting to be made.

That sucks that they cannot be together on their anniversary, Ginger. It's got to be so tough.

The rehab place where he is is part of an elaborate gated retirement community, and I couldn't help thinking that the retirement community would be a great place to survive the zombie apocalypse.

ETA: "Cocoon and Zombies", anyone?

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Daniel, how scary! I’m glad they figured out the problem.

Continued ~ma to ND. Another week in the hospital really sucks.

Yay, Trudy!

{{{{Stephanie}}}

I'm not that entirely sure I'd like to date people who read the same shit I read.

There is some overlap in what TCG and I read, and I love it when we can discuss every little detail of a book we both red.

Bad diamond shoe day. Mom and I went everywhere looking for a simple dress for my wedding and found nothing. It’s too late to order a proper wedding dress, and I way overdid it walking today. I am ridiculously cranky right now, and the body image demons are attacking.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

It's got high metal fences, individual houses, apartments, a lake and medical facilities. I bet it has an emergency generator.

Go for it, WS. We're watching you.

Oops, I forgot to say...

Stephanie, it's perfectly normal to be brought down by that and be concerned. I can't tell you how many days I have where I feel hated by the world. Glad you have the Buffistas to tell you how swell you are!

Darn it. Hemoglobin deferral.

ETA: Best test was 12.4, cut off is 12.5. I haven't taken my vitamins (with iron) this week, so ya know, maybe if I actually do take them regularly, next time they are here, I'll be ready for them.
