Poor Buffy. Your life resists all things average.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Laura's Bobby could help him with that!

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Thanks for all the condolences and ~ma, everyone. It means so much to us.

You and Dana are still on my thoughts.

Aims, I'm sorry your prof. is such a PITA. I understand you, and it's so frustrating. I do wish his Royal Sucktape will get a clue, for he doesn't deserve you as a student.

ION, reposted from my Twitter, for your enjoyment: So, I might have been introduced yesterday to the German ambassador, wearing my "nobody takes me seriously" (Valencia 826) t-shirt.

All is well that ends in pizza.

My dad used to buy 6 inch wide black duct tape for patching tents. Tough stuff. Ideal for mummifying.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

Aims, that guy sounds like a piece of work. If you've done the assignment already and you're just asking a question BEFORE IT'S DUE in case you have to do it again to be even better, it's not too late. If the guy doesn't ever want to have to answer a student's question, he's in the wrong line of work.

Worked a little bit more on the song today. I think it's about as good as I can get it. The prank it was commissioned for was supposed to launch this weekend but now I'm not sure when it's happening. And it's driving me nuts because I'd like to share the song with people and get feedback but I can't do that until this site launched. Grr.

Also did a fake radio announcement in RP for this contest: [link]

My RP isn't as good as I had remembered and that's bugging me. I've got some native talent for reproducing sound that has stood me in good stead for language learning but I'd really like to work hard on at least one accent and get it down pat.

not your mom's socks.

Dear self, I could have used the time between 4 and 6 am to sleep. Just sayin'. Grumble, me.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Aims, how are you taking news of the official engagement?

I think that she's still holding out hope for Harry. He's cuter, anyway ;)

brillig

Yeah, I'd go for Harry myself, but I'm looking forward to some royal wedding pomp and circumstance.

Now tagless for your comfort.

These days it's mostly pomp, isn't it?
