Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Well, there are apparently pumpkin pancakes with bacon if I want them tomorrow.

Sorry for the delay in the elope and post. There were non posting things happening.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

OMG y'all, I am so proud of my Fresh Makers! Mr. ADHD himself stood up and represented the group to the potential applicants, and did it beautiully. But I swear we had one kid who was going to go out and get a girl preggers so he could qualify. I'm pretty sure we talked him down and will be doing our best to connect him with other programs, but there was a moment where we all plotzed.

::looks at sentence. looks at thread header. eliminates, for the present discussion, the name "Spike" from above. looks back at sj. raises eyebrow::

I'm glad y'all are having fun, love.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I 've lost weight and have worn out clothing. I went shopping and brought 6 items into the house. I have 50 items in bags to go out. And I have plenty of clothing left in my closet.

I put off cleaning out my closet because I was afraid I would have Nothing to wear. Seriously, what was I thinking? I refound things. And I also realized that I have 2 cardigan sweaters that mean I can wear lots of short-sleeved shirts this winter. D'oh.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Yay marrying TCG, sj! I am so happy for you two.

Our wings are not tired.

So happy for SJ and TCH! ("guy" is upgraded to "husband")

beth, I did the same thing on Sunday night. I forced myself to try on every single thing and evaluate. Harsh but I am very happy to have discovered some forgotten clothing. And I have a couple of new pairs of knee-high boots that totally open up a whole new category of look for me (above the knee skirt with boots is a look I never got to try because of huge calves. FINALLY I found some cute wide-shaft boots!!). I practically doubled my wardrobe with a couple of key purchases that ties outfits together like never before.
