I'm trying to look on the bright side of that kid being an animal advocate but I just don't see it.
Yay Life on Mars. I love Sam Tyler.
Buffy ,'Sleeper'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Why will the tv not show me Indy vs. Philly? Stupid tv.

Lots of ~ma for your family, amyth.
That was ... odd. I saw what looked like three fire trucks go by, which I thought was odd, because I didn't know that this town was big enough to have three fire trucks. Then I realized that they'd all stopped right outside. I looked out the windows, and saw that it was two fire trucks and a police car. One of the police officers was talking to a guy in the middle of the street, and then the guy went into a house across the street. Then a bunch of firefighters went into my landlords' house, which is just the other side of my house -- same building. So I went outside onto the porch, and there were two firefighters just standing in the middle of the street, not doing much, so I tried calling out to them to ask what was going on, but they couldn't hear me. As the firefighters came out of the door next-door, I asked, "Is everything OK?" and they said yes but didn't tell me anything more. Then my feet were really cold, because I'd gone outside barefoot, so I went back inside to try to find shoes, and they all drove away. Whole thing took five minutes. No idea what that was. The firefighters who went in next door were in their full uniforms, and a few of them had face-mask things, but they were just carrying crowbars and some other tools, no hoses or anything.
