Good, I'm glad Pete's home. It's hard to concentrate on work stuff when we're worried about the little furballs, isn't it?
Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Yes! I probably had a glazed look of urgency in my eyes through the whole meeting this morning. They'll probably want me to give a urine sample this afternoon.
Thanks, WindSparrow. We haven't made any decisions yet. People are already irritated at us for postponing the last time! We'll see how it goes.
Glad to hear Pete is OK, Jars!
Yay for cat coming home!
Why does it seem like Catholic schools are practically the only ones properly and consistently preparing students for college-level math? Among my students who went to public school, I've got some who are really great at everything we're doing, but a lot of others who don't understand the basics of how numbers and arithmetic and algebra work, yet they someone kept getting promoted through all the high school math classes. The kids who went to Catholic school are less likely to have seen calculus before, but every single one of them can do long division and can add fractions and knows that (x + y)/x does not equal y.
Shir has too much work on to post here today, but she wanted me to put this link up:
She says she's in the middle of a media blitz!
Seska, thank for sharing that. I've posted the link in my facebook. Yay Shir!
Me too! How cool!
That is SO great!
Awesome! Go, Shir!!!
