GC, he's adorable!
H called a little while ago and asked if I could watch G at my house tomorrow instead of at her place. I said yes, but I'm feeling a little put out about it. I went and bought child friendly snacks and now I really need to clean up the living room, but I really wish she had called before I had used up all my energy for the day.
Perhaps we should base the location of the next f2f on where we can buy this stuff.
Note to Robocallers:
1) I voted a week ago. We are a 100% vote by mail county.
2)Even if I was holding off voting, every call I've received has been about candidates and issues on which my mind is solidly made up.
3) If I ever decide to vote based on what a recording tells me over the telephone, I'll call you. 'K?
I voted today! All the political ads can now magically disappear!
Alternately, these symptoms-that-seem-like-another-heart-attack on Hubby can go away. Another ten minutes, and it's ER time. Fuck it. (As many as he's had, we're past the "OMG, ER now!" stage. The drugs he has circumvent 90% of the incidents. We're just waiting to see if this is one of the 10% of the times.)
Perhaps we should base the location of the next f2f on where we can buy this stuff.
Urk. That does not appeal to me personally. New controversy! Where do Bitches stand on alcoholic whipped cream?
Xpost, Connie. Much pass quickly and be nothing ~ma.
feel better~ma for your hubby, Connie.
Yikes, Connie! Let us know the outcome!
Things seem to be calming down on the Hubby front. God bless nitro and aspirin. And laying down. He doesn't feel good yet, but it may be just (just, god) another incident to add to the roster.
Yikes Connie. Hope he feels better soon.
Carpooled to work today. Went out for drinks after. Since I wasn't driving, I could drink. Two margaritas later, I'm floating a bit. It's nice to carpool, but I think I like being the driver better. I forgot my toolbelt, sunglasses and Nalgene water bottle in my car. D'oh!
