Things seem to be calming down on the Hubby front. God bless nitro and aspirin. And laying down. He doesn't feel good yet, but it may be just (just, god) another incident to add to the roster.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Yikes Connie. Hope he feels better soon.
Carpooled to work today. Went out for drinks after. Since I wasn't driving, I could drink. Two margaritas later, I'm floating a bit. It's nice to carpool, but I think I like being the driver better. I forgot my toolbelt, sunglasses and Nalgene water bottle in my car. D'oh!
I hope he feels better soon, Connie.
He's currently asleep, but this means he's going to be wiped for the next couple of days. And I'm going to be up to the wee hours making sure he's still breathing and brooding.
Aww, Connie - I'm so glad he's past the immediate crisis, but I wish you could get some rest and peace of mind as well.
Connie, much ~ma for you and the hubby. I'm glad he is resting now.
The apartment is as clean at it is going to get before tomorrow. The plan is for his mom to bring child gates and to trap him in the one relatively child safe room I have and keep a close eye on him all day.
Connie, glad he's feeling a bit better.
sj, sounds like you're making the best of it.
So, now i'm developing hives on my stomach. I'm not surprised, given all my skin issues right now. I found some steroid cream to put on the bites and poison ivy, and have taken benedryl. I really hope this is just a skin sensitivity thing, and not actually a progressive reaction to the bites. And yes, I have an epipen, know where it is, and take it to work.
My skin sensitivity issues seem to pile on in orders of magnitude when they hit. The steroid cream I have is a life saver. Or a skin saver. And sanity.
Glad you have the epipen though.
Be better soon, smonster.
Connie, I hope you are ok, yourself. That sort of thing is so scary.
He just sat up all but screaming in pain. The man has an ungodly pain tolerance, and I hate thinking about what it takes to wring sound from him. And he just told me the symptoms are coming back. Looks like possibly a 10% incident after all.
