Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Poor Marie. Much love to y'all.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Oh Ryan, you little star! Lethal cuteness and walking? Deadly combination. Admirable work there on your and his mom's part, bt!

Damn, that's what I forgot to mention earlier. Ryan's complete adorableness stole the words right out of my head. BT and Wallybee, you should be very proud of your contribution to the world's gene pool.

And, thank you all for the comments. I'm tired, but I'm getting positive reaction (and also, lots of traffic. Sadly, some of it brings ignorance).

I just hope I'll start to get stories. So far, lot of reactions, zero stories sent.

The stories will come once the storytellers feel safe, I think.

This is the third time in a row that I went to the grocery store to buy pasta sauce and a few other things, and ended up buying a bunch of other stuff and forgetting the pasta sauce.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

can i put in a standing reqest for thread names to not include any mention of cookies (or other baked goods)? Every time i look at buffistas, i want a cookie. And that is very often. (why yes, i am highly suggestible when sugar is involved)

OTOH, i'm much better at my job after a cookie, far nicer to the callers. But then i go swimming and catcha glimpse of myself in a mirror and shudder in shock and horror.

Allergies? Lack of sunlight? October is usually a month when I feel extra tired for those reasons.

We took care of the tux rental tonight, and I have a dress fitting tomorrow. We plan on applying for our marriage license on Friday. Things are coming together for this elopement.

The people who have been on campus the past week or so protesting abortion with those huge posters of gory late-term abortion photos have added something new -- today, they had with them a group of little kids who held hands and danced around in a circle while singing "A fetus is a person." So wrong, in so many ways.
