Tylenol + alcohol scares me. A friend of mine in high school was in the hospital for a few weeks from that, and nearly needed a liver transplant. I don't know how much alcohol and how much Tylenol was involved, though.

Yeah, beyond the fact that it tastes really nasty, it's got alcohol and acetaminophen together and why would I want to do that if I've got other options.
I am a big believer in taking each med separate depending on what you need.
The only one I didn't was Midol or Pamprin because I took a while to realize that I could find pamabrom in some OTC diuretics. And that really helps menstrual backaches for me.
