Tylenol + alcohol scares me. A friend of mine in high school was in the hospital for a few weeks from that, and nearly needed a liver transplant. I don't know how much alcohol and how much Tylenol was involved, though.

Yeah, beyond the fact that it tastes really nasty, it's got alcohol and acetaminophen together and why would I want to do that if I've got other options.
I am a big believer in taking each med separate depending on what you need.
The only one I didn't was Midol or Pamprin because I took a while to realize that I could find pamabrom in some OTC diuretics. And that really helps menstrual backaches for me.

Pix, I'd love to go with you. Even if I end up going this Friday for their plant sale, I'm sure I'll want to escape again in another couple weeks because my current living situation is driving me batty.
Hil, that is incredibly rude behavior when it comes from kids but aren't you teaching adults? I agree with the others here, put the hammer down. Demand the respect you deserve. And if the offender/s don't give in, don't underestimate the pressure other students can bring to bear on the offenders if others are not getting the schooling they're paying for because they're goofing off.
P-C, as I said, I'm in a very unhappy living situation right now and some of it is due to not standing up to my parents strongly when I was a young adult. Of course there are cultural issues at hand that I don't fully comprehend, I'm sure, but my gut feeling is that you should stay strong and that it will make for a happier P-C in the long run.
