Would a Petco or Petsmart carry the Cat Attract litter? I switched litter brands recently (got tired of dealing with how much the old brand tracked), and things have not been going well despite trying to transition the cat gradually.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I built a small trial fire in the woodstove yesterday to see if I`d cleaned it properly. Turns out, yes, because three logs burned all day. It was 63 in the house when I started it! It was perfectly reasonable to start a fire! But yeah, I guess I don`t really need them yet. I think I`ll still remove and clean under the firebricks, maybe tomorrow. Still have woodshed work today, as yesterday I got to a certain point and then needed input.
Anne, i found it at a small neighborhood store so i would assume that the big chains would carry it. if not the actual bags of cat attract litter, then maybe the smaller canisters of additive that you can mix in with any other kind of litter.
eta: both chain websites says that they carry the litter, pestmart also carries the additive
Thank you, e_o. Alas, a trip to Petco showed that while they do carry it, they are out at the moment. So I picked up a small bag of the old, tracks-everywhere litter, figuring I'd be better off sweeping up particles than try to scrub pee.
very, very true.
x-posted with Natter because cute baby bunnies must be shared with all:
Who could use a hefty dose of cute? My friend Cricket is a bunny rescuer, and she has been fostering a mama bunny with eight little babies the past couple of weeks. She asked me to come over and take some pictures for her to use on the adoption site...and the photo shoot was much more fun with props. This is the result. (I'm very impressed that she managed to come up with a story to weave all the random props together.)
I did not know they had an additive. I've been buying the Cat Attract litter for about a month now, as one of my cats has gotten into a habit of peeing outside the box. Switching to the Cat Attract appears to be working, but the stuff is damn expensive. I'd love to be able to use my old litter, but just sprinkle some thing on it to encourage the cat to use it all the time.
Ded fwom cute.
Is it terribly wrong of me to answer someone who espoused the theory that men who have cats are "kinda gay, if not completely," it's not prejudiced to ask that because s/he loves gay people, why some of her best friends are gay, by saying, "I disagree with your theory. I have a different theory. I think that people who think that certain pets are appropriate for one sex but not the other, are more sexually attracted to their pets than most people are,"?
SailAweigh- there is, it's about the same price as a bag of the litter, and now that i'm actually reading the website info, says to only use it with the precious cat special litter. sheesh. >[link]
