'Objects In Space'

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

So much ~ma to Max and his people.

And to Plei and her dad.

To meara's friend, her nephew and whole family... may there be justice, and may there be miracles of healing - of hearts if not of body. I just can't fathom....

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Steph, seriously, I'd be demanding to know what company those roofers worked for, and they'd be getting an irate call.

If I hadn't met the owner of the house (he's the one who hired the roofers), I would have been raising holy hell. And, based on what does or doesn't happen tomorrow, I still might.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

Crap, lots of ~ma going out. So sorry that so many need it :(

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Once we had roofers come by, do half the job, and then leave their truck parked in our yard for a month...backed up to our back door so tight you couldn`t get out. Seriously, the grass died in a neat little rectangle under the truck. And this was a rental, so we could do nothing about it, just relay the problem to our landlord.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Just caught up in the sidebar. That`s such a terrible story, meara. How awful for the family.

And health~ma on your behalf too, Plei.

Meara, that's tragic! Like WS says, may there be justice, and may there be miracles of healing - of hearts if not of body.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

That sounds like a blast, omnis. I'm supposed to hang out with my mom on Saturday. Mind if I ask her if she wants to come with?

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

P.M., much ~ma to your dad. Fred, so much ~ma to you and Max. I'm very sorry the news are bad. And meara, tons of ~ma to the family. Horrible.

I'm stressed about lack-of-job. Seemed like the interview I had failed (which is also a partial relief, since my will to talk with psychos over the phone is limited). I'm doing all I can do about it, but I'm still stressed.

Also:

Can't believe I disappeared for twelve hours and we're still discussing tampons

Should be COMMed, methinks.
